Why people blame themselves when nobody takes their name??

On my previous post “Mumbai Terrorists Attack” somebody called F M Shah had commented with some reports and all…. I dedicate this post to him.
So, Mr. Shah had brought Malegaon blast in notice with arrest of few govt. officers and also he had mentioned about some Hindu terror group, then he said that Indian government had released some Pakistani officers handed some Pakistani ID cards and shown whole world that they are from Pakistan. I think that he had interpreted everything wrong or may be pakistanis’ have wrong intentions and wrong interpretations running in their blood. Let me clear it off, all this just signifies that Indians have that much courage to speak the truth even if anybody from our country or from other country do anything wrong with us we can speak and raise our finger on them, we don’t need to say oh we don’t know who did this, oh we have bad financial infrastructure or cry for our foul in front of world bank to fetch some money to feed the terrorists in our country.
Have Mr. Shah had noticed that what terror their country have within their politicians. Every president or any other major politician when they come into majority and rule and after that other politician come the previous one never stays in their country they run away either to US or to UK, doesn’t it indicates that Pakistan government operates the terrorism over there and as a previous president person know what he had done and what present person have in his hand he ran away.
Pakistan’s former prime minister Mrs. Benazir Bhutto killed in a public appearance nobody did anything…………. and so on there are so many things in Pakistan which one could easily see.
So to Mr. Shah my advice would be please talk about your own country and see what wrong is going over there. Once you will figure it out you won’t blame other countries that they are pointing on your country and do something constructive things rather then cribbing about people who had bought a mirror in front of you. Please do change yourself and your country.

All these attacks doesn’t want us to be sad or to give sympathy to each other these attacks motivates us to show the terrorists that we are one and we have the courage to fight with you. These attacks forces us as the nationalities of India not to blame the bureaucrats or the intelligence or anybody, they have fault that even they know. There are so many faults but why to regret about them why we Indians can’t fight against them??
Nobody has authority to blame anybody………. One should ask himself/herself what they have done for the country for their countrymen??
This is the duty of each and every individual to be aware and should even take care of all surroundings.
What had happened after Delhi blasts?? Does anyone of us had stopped littering on the road?? Does Municipal Corporations clean all dumps on the road side?? Everyone knows that the explosives have been put in the dustbins……. And still you can see whole road blocked with huge amount of waste either any material or anything. What you think that terrorists will show you hey I am putting the explosive under this cement bump….. No they will just put it there and it will get burst out……….
Similarly, what you think of are we going to have a secure India after this attack will any security or anything will get improve…… NO……… history is evident of this all remember 1993 Bombay blasts these terrorists came in India did whatever they want and went off….. some got arrested, some got killed and rest we even don’t know where they are……….
After this biggest Terror Attack even you will security for some time and after that everything will get same………
Lets be together and instead of saying we are with you….. or blaming or giving sympathy we should take pledge together that:
“We as Indian take this responsibility that we will not let anybody to harm anyone of us, we wont let anybody to take Indian for granted we will set an example in front of whole world that a common man when got aware can even protect his country without any arm or ammunition..”
So let’s be together and make India safe.

Wealth!!!
For me the most important wealth is RELATIONSHIPS which we share with people around us. For most of us money is most important as nowadays a popular song (Baap bada na bhaiya, bhaiya sabse bada rupaiya) is some persons whole sole guiding path from which they measure their success………..
Does money tells us how much wealthy we are?? I do agree that money is important but it can buy somethings and can be faithful to you upto a limit only………
Money comes and go but relations are something we do have we owe them and they are a big time investments which will get mature when your money will leave you believe me.
One more thing is KNOWLEDGE which is an asset everybody owes.
So don’t run after money in fact with your knowledge ability make your relations grow and make new relations……… Give a thought why nowadays SOCIAL NETWORKS are rocking??? why they are experiencing o much of growth and why they are much hyped things……..

Today I was reading one of my friend’s profile. In his profile it was written that “People write here what they want you to know about them.” I think that its true. In todays corporate world you can’t know anybody by seeing their profile on different social communities or reading their testimonials even……… think you write negative things about a person in his/her testimonial and those testimonials are moderated….. do you think he/she will approve that testimonial……… I don’t think so…..
Like nowadays it’s very easy for people to bluff, to portray fake personality as in this busy world no body have time to think about other persons’ qualities his/her personality…. people like to meet different types of people without revealing their true selves.
Now the question is how will you know the person??
MS, MTech or MBA or job??
All those who have passed out from their technical colleges must be thinking of this…………. every new engineer is thinking what to do and what not to??
Usually we can’t judge ourselves at this stage coz we don’t know how well we are in technical skills and also in management skills…. I met one person who had done BTech then MTech and after working for 7 after MTech he is now in management and thinking of doing MBA now.
In my opinion we should go for the job first and assess our skill set, assess our interests and then if technology excites you and you want to be a technical architect go for MS or MTech but technology no longer excites you and dealing with different kinds of people, handling projects managerial work excites you then I think you should go for the MBA.
So, work for sometime analyze things and then decide instead of regretting afterwards.
Recognition
Being recognized in a small group and getting appreciation for your individualistic talents is not a big achievement as compare to being recognized for your individualistic properties in a big group where you can stand out even being in crowd thats what is called recognition…… Sometimes we get happy from small achievements and forget that if we can achieve this why not try to its next level… may be thats because we underestimate ourselves……. So everyone lets just recognize our own selves and just achieve what we think are beyond our capabilities………….. LETS GO AND GET OURSELVES WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR……. RECOGNITION & APPRECIATION.

Nowadays, I am thinking why celebrities do blogging???
To get more fame?
To get critics from the audience?
To market their movies or say themselves?
why?
Usually, you will see celebrities on television saying “we are taking off sometime because we don’t get time for our family when we used to work” or “from past few years I am working so hard that I am not getting time for my family”……
So from where they get time to think so much and write so much??
From where they get time to fight through their blogs??
1-2 months back I wrote a comment on one celebrities post… in that comment I didn’t write any of his praises or anything about his work… the comment was a normal comment as I would have wrote on anybody’s post. He didn’t approve that comment. I don’t have any grudges about that, but, just give a thought to this…….. if you go to any celebrity’s blog do you find any comment which is criticizing them? Do you find any comment which anyone who is a normal citizen of any country, who is not a celebrity can have on his blog related to the blog post is there??
No, I think thats our fault…. we hype everything a celebrity’s name attaches to something we get mad about that……… think of that may be a person sitting beside you is a celebrity in his/her domain.
